  • Once your refund request is received, our team will review it and respond to you within 24 hours.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 24 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund if we determine that the refund request violates any of our terms or if it is found to be fraudulent in nature.

Exclusions:

Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following:

  • Change in personal circumstances or preferences after the project has been started or completed.
